Regional Network Manager


Job Description:
Individual will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance
of all Novell networks and administrative P.C.'s within a specified region. 
This includes acting as a network manager for the New York City Office as
well as assisting satellite cities with their networks and/or application
programs.  The regional manager will also maintain software and PC hardware
inventories as well as coordinate all software and PC hardware purchases for
their region.  Some traveling will be required.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
An Associates Degree in PC Networking or equivalent training and / or experience
is required, an CNA certificate is preferred.  Detailed knowledge of the
following software programs and networking technologies is also required:

    Software / Operating Systems
	Novell Netware 286 2.x / Netware 386 3.x and above
	MS - DOS
	MS - Windows version 3.1
	MS - Word for Windows
	MS - Excel for Windows
	Lotus 1-2-3 for DOS
	WordPerfect 5.1 for DOS
	Wordstar for DOS
	
    Hardware / Networking technologies
	Ethernet 802.3
	PC component level maintenance & repair
